What Are Corporate Workshops

Our experiential workshops are based on The Points of You® groundbreaking games and tools.

Led by our highly skilled and experienced trainers, they give everyone – individuals, teams and managers – the opportunity to learn and grow.

We work to identify challenges, issues and dilemmas, and generate authentic conversations and new perspectives. We teach effective ways to find out-of-the box solutions that improve interpersonal relations and efficiency, and help organizations achieve sustainable business results.

Who Can Benefit From Our

Corporate Workshops

Due to their versatility and power to engage people, our one-day

Corporate Workshops are widely used in organizations.

Perfect for team building, leadership development, conflict resolution and inspiration,

they are highly useful for team leaders, HR personnel, training purposes and more.

The Method

1 | Pause

A mindful break

Let’s take a moment to exhale and view our lives from a distance. Pausing is a necessary step before we attempt to break free of our “thought loop” and automatic reactions and actions.

2 | Expand

The more we move, the more we see

There are countless points of view in every situation.
The challenge is to observe life from different perspectives. In this stage we are searching for the unknown, not knowing where it may lead us.

3 | Focus

Making a conscious choice

After examining different points of view, we focus on our most meaningful insights. We use guiding questions to clarify which of the newly discovered possibilities is right for our individual makeup and internal rhythm or for the issue at hand.

4 | Do

Create a new reality

At this stage we advance from thought to action. We draft an action plan, or To-Do List, that specifies the steps and sets the timetable for realizing our insights.
